4月23日讯 据《马卡报》，维尼修斯违反现役球员不能拥有俱乐部的规定，被巴西一家公司投诉，他可能面临被禁赛的处罚。
据悉维尼修斯通过其父亲（注：维尼修斯的父亲现在还担任他的经纪人）索阿雷斯管理的一家公司 ， 参与了多家职业足球俱乐部的收购（这可能构成利益冲突，因为维尼修斯仍然是现役球员）。在他们收购的俱乐部中，有一个是现在在踢巴西乙级联赛的Athletic Club de São João del Rei，该俱乐部原来的小股东Tiberis公司（这家公司和维尼修斯父子的公司是竞争对手），于4月7日向国际足联伦理委员会调查室提交了投诉，要求对维尼修斯禁赛两年。
Tiberis公司声称，维尼修斯违反了国际足联伦理守则第20条和西班牙足协体育司法法典第22 条，这两项规定都禁止现役球员直接或间接拥有职业足球俱乐部。目前此案的决定权在国际足联手中，国际足联将在评估这一投诉后做出裁决，此事的发展有待进一步观察。
